2019 Calendar
Photography has recently taken place for the production of our first retail calendar. Available from late September, the 12 picture 2019 calendar will highlight a selection of models from our collection. Copies will soon be available to order online at www.davidsilverspares.co.uk
Flying Dragon
We previously mentioned that we had acquired from the USA a NOS Flying Dragon bodywork set. Created by Honda R&D in the early 1970s, the fuel-tank and side panel set paintwork was inspired by the USA psychedelic and tie-dying trends of the time as well as artists such as Andy Warhol! We acquired the rarest of the 4 colour sets in gold metal-flake base with purple swirls, which is now displayed on our 1972 CL350. This became known as the Honda Flying-Dragon.
